A comfortable sleep for you is Zonkd’s highest priority. This is why we offer free returns and a full refund for any product within 110 nights.  We only ask that you give your new sleep products a 30-day trial first. 

If you wish to return your Zonkd mattress, please follow the steps below:

• Email support@zonkd.com to initiate a return
• Zonkd will schedule your mattress to be picked up
• Once Zonkd has received the mattress, we will refund you in full

If you wish to return your Zonkd pillow, please follow the steps below:

• Email support@zonkd.com to initiate a return
• We will reply with a FedEx return label 
• Drop it off at your closest FedEx location
• Once Zonkd has received your pillow, we will refund you in full
